Through presentations and case examples, this session will explore the ethical considerations of board service and help participants address some of the challenges organizations may face. 

 

What will be covered:

·         The importance of developing a shared understanding of ethical behavior

·         How to codify ethical behavior in policies and bylaws

·         Managing difficult or unethical conduct on the board
